Situation

Our Client, a worldwide luxury brand, was willing to improve boutique and e-commerce experience offered to its customers. As marketing and communication activities were managed from the European headquarters, a local branch was lacking autonomy in creating a customer journey tailored to local needs and habits.

The Country General manager needed support to better understand digital behaviors and adapt its strategy accordingly.

OWT was asked to provide digital expertise, knowledge of the local market, as well as its unique methodology to drive the change with a small-steps-approach.

Approach

During 6 months, our experts partnered with the Client's teams to handle local digital marketing activities.

We helped them understand and benchmark digital indicators (KPIs), adapt their digital marketing roadmap, as well as analyse results of local digital initiatives. We liaised with the European headquarters and the Group's media agency to custom the website analytics and boost efficiency of several advertising campaigns.

Our achievements include:

  • Set-up of a local Digital Dashboard, updated monthly
  • Conception and execution of an e-mailing
  • Analysis of 4 digital marketing campaigns
  • Advisory on digital advertising budget allocation

Thanks to this project, our Client gained unique insights about the local market. The local teams' digital knowledge significantly ramped up. In terms of figures, our collaboration brought great results within one semester only:
