This is why we held our first Healthcare Digital Transformation Forum in Zürich last week.
More than 20 professionals from diverse sectors of the healthcare industry gathered in the Swisscom Business Center to discuss digital transformation and new technologies. During this event, two presentations happened.
The first one, presented by Markus Almer from Open Web Technology, focused on how high customer satisfaction and artificial intelligence lead to success in the healthcare sector. He took the example of Medgate Telemedicine App to show that today more than ever, the customer is the one driving business growth.
The second presentation focused on new technologies in healthcare. Mischa Stamm, Enterprise Account Executive Industries & Health at Apple, explained how healthcare is using new technologies such as apps, connected devices and artificial intelligence to improve patient experience and grow businesses.
After those two presentations, it was time for an Apéro filled with good food and lively discussion on digital transformation and how it is revolutionising the healthcare industry.
