Our Client, PSP Swiss Property, was recognized for providing one of the Top 10 tools for digital real estate by the Handelszeitung this year.
PSP Swiss Property is one of the leading real estate companies in Switzerland. The company owns a real estate portfolio worth around CHF 7.0 billion. These are mostly office and commercial buildings in prime locations in the country's main economic centers.
Last year, together with PSP, we developed the application "PSP Insights". This central element of the digitalization of PSP was the reason why our client was selected for one of the "Top 10" digital real estate tools.
The Handelszeitung writes: "In collaboration with Open Web Technology, PSP Swiss Property has developed a cloud-based, hybrid app for iPads and Microsoft Surface Books that provides employees with an overview and detailed information on rental inquiries and customer needs aligned with the properties - always with the goal of finding the optimal solution for each customer - the app becomes the central hub for real estate, rental, and marketing information on the one hand and customer data on the other, enabling easy, mobile working to support employees in all leasing and marketing activities. The cloud-based, hybrid app is integrated with the PSP system architecture."
